超声定量脂肪肝与糖代谢异常及其他因素的相关性分析

摘要:

目的:超声定量糖代谢异常包括2型糖尿病患者的肝脏脂肪含量,并探讨脂肪肝与年龄、肥胖程度、肝功能、血脂水平及糖代谢等因素的关系。方法:用直方图方法测量肝、肾感兴趣区平均灰阶强度,计算肝肾回声比值、肝脏衰减系数,根据公式推算肝脏脂肪含量。统计各级别脂肪肝患者例数,将脂肪肝严重程度与多个因素进行相关性分析。结果:157例受试者经超声定量肝脏脂肪含量;脂肪肝严重程度与患者年龄、肥胖程度、肝功能、甘油三酯水平相关;无饮酒过量的受试者136例,非酒精性脂肪肝严重程度与受试者血糖控制水平相关。结论:超声定量测定脂肪肝有良好的临床价值,有助于超声医师对脂肪肝严重程度的判断,从而有助于临床医师帮助患者控制血糖水平及脂肪肝。

Objective: Ultrasound quantitative hepatic fat content in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism including type 2 diabetes, and to investigate its relationship with age, obesity degree, liver function, lipids, glucose metabolism and other factors. Methods: The average gray scale intensity of the interest regions of liver, kidney were quantitatively measured using the histogram method.The liver and kidney echo ratio,liver attenuation coefficient, and project liver fat content were alculate using the formula. Correlation of severity of fatty liver and a numbers of factors were analzed. Results: There wer 157 participants undergoing ultrasound quantitative hepatic fat content. Severity of fatty liver was related to age, obesity degree, liver function and triglyceride levels. There were 136 participants without excessive drinking. Severity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) was related to the blood glucose control level. Conclusion: Hepatic fat quantification by ultrasound has some clinical value. It is useful for clinicians to determine the severity of fatty liver, and to control the patients' blood glucose lever and fatty liver.
