Objective: To research the immunoregulation effects of Yupingfeng Decoction(YPF) towards the C57 mice injected mouse hepatoma carcinoma Hepa1-6 cells. Methods: Hepatoma carcinoma model was established in C57BL/6 mice by subcutaneously injection of Hepa1-6 tumor cells. The lymphocyte subsets of fluorescence labeled were detected and analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: The anti-tumor rates of YPF-treated mice with 20,25,30 g·kg-1 were 18.86%,28.81% and 37.44% respectively.Compared with control model group, the YPF-treated groups had rising trend with spleen weight and coefficient, and no change on thymus weight and coefficient. And the YPF-treated groups had significant increased of spleen CD19+ B cells number, spleen CD19+CD80+ B cells proportion, spleen macrophage cells number and proportion, spleen CD4+ and CD8+ T cells number, and the proportion of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in neoplastic tissues(P<0.05, P<0.01), but the spleen CD19+ B and CD4+ T and CD8+ T cells proportion had no difference(P >0.05).Conclusion:YPF has a extensive regulation and enhancement effect on immune system of tumor bearing mice,which provided the experimental basis for the reasonable application of YPF in clinical against hepatocellular carcinoma. |
