人β-抗菌肽与基因工程

摘要:

人β-抗菌肽是近几年发现的具有广谱抗菌作用的一类小片段阳离子多肽,对革兰阳性和阴性菌等许多致病菌有杀灭作用.本文综述它们的基因结构、蛋白结构、作用机理、人体内的分布、抗菌作用及基因合成方面的进展,认为利用基因工程合成β-抗菌肽是目前解决日益严重的致病菌耐药问题的方法之一,基因工程的发展为下一代基因型抗生素的生产提供了可能.

Human   β  ?defensins recently found are cationic peptides with broad  spectrum antimicrobial activities involving in killing Gram  positive bacteria,Gram  nagative bacteria and other pathogenic bacteria.This article reviews new knowledge of their gene structures,protein structures,distrubition in body,antimicrobial activities and synthesis through gene engineering.It offers an overview for the readers that synthesized antibiotics like defensins maybe one of the solutions to overwhelm more and more drug  resistant pathogenic bacteria and the genetic engineering offers the possibility to produce the next generation antibiotics.
