褪黑激素是脊椎动物脑中松果腺合成的一种吲哚类激素,具有广泛的生物学作用.本文就文献报道检测血清褪黑激素水平的几种方法,即放射免疫法、酶联免疫法、气质联用法和高效液相色谱法作一综述,并作简要评估.
