在真核生物众多拼接因子中,SR蛋白家族是一类重要的成员,它们与一些特定的RNA序列结合,帮助识别并选择正确的5′及3′拼接位点,与其它的拼接因子共同完成拼接任务,在决定组织细胞的特异性及个体发育的阶段性方面发挥着关键作用.本文就近10年来有关SR蛋白的结构和功能的研究进展作一综述.
