SARS病毒17株蛋白质序列的初步分析

摘要:

SARS是一种传染性很强的呼吸系统疾病,分析其致病病毒各株的序列特征,旨在进一步研究SARS病毒的感染途径、免疫机制及预防治疗方案等.作者对已测序的17株SARS病毒的核酸序列进行了N-J进化树分析,预测了各株病毒5种主要蛋白的编码序列,初步分析了各株SARS病毒5种蛋白核酸编码序列及氨基酸序列的突变情况.

Severe acute respiratory syndromes(SARS) is a kind of highly infectious respiratory system diseases.The sequence characteristic of 17 SARS?CoV strains was analyzed,which aimed at further researches on the infectious route,immunological mechanism,and preventive and therapeutic procedures,etc.Phylogenetic trees of 17 SARS?CoV strains’ full-length genome sequence were obtained by N?J method.Sequence of 5 main proteins was predicted,at the same time,mutations in nucleotide and amino acid sequence were also analyzed.
