三氧化二砷诱导恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘要:

三氧化二砷(As2O3)是一种剧毒物质,它可以通过调控某些基因的表达和信号传导等途径来影响肿瘤细胞的生物活性.现已证实,As2O3在白血病尤其是急性早幼粒细胞白血病的治疗方面效果显著,其机制主要是诱导细胞凋亡.最近,一些基础研究表明, As2O3亦可诱导实体瘤细胞凋亡.所以,进一步拓展As2O3的抗瘤谱及药用价值是十分必要的.

Arsenic trioxide (As  2O  3) is a extremely toxic substance,which can affect the biological activity of malignant tumor cells by such means as regulating the expression of some genes and signal transmission.It has been proved that As  2O  3 is effective in curing leukaemia,especially acute promyelocyutic leukaemia (APL),and that the mechanism is its induction of cell apoptosis.Recently,it has also been indicated that As  2O  3 can induce apoptosis of archiblastoma cells.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore more medicinal value of As  2O  3.
