Objective A rapid and sensitive reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of cycloporine A in cycloporine A liposomes cream has been developed.Methods The mixture of pH2 potassium phosphate buffer?acetonitrile(68∶32) was used as a mobile phase,while a Spherisorb C 8 column (5?μm,200?mm× 4.6 ?mm?ID) was used as a stationary phase, and CsA was detected at 210?nm with flowing rate being rate 1.0ml·min -1 and column temperature at 60?℃.Results CsA had a good linear relation in the range of 10~400?mg·L -1 ,the mean recovery of was 99.52 %,the RSD was 1.62%( n =5).Conclusion The result showed that this method was reliable and accurate and it can be applied to the content determination of cycloporine A in cycloporine A?liposomes cream.
