骨组织工程无机支架及其生物相容性

摘要:

目的:制备满足组织工程需要的多孔骨支架并研究其生物相容性.方法:以自制的HA粉体为原料,采用聚氨酯泡沫浸渍工艺制得骨组织工程多孔支架.于一定的培养条件下,在制得的多孔支架上进行成骨细胞的体外培养,分析支架的生物相容性.结果与结论:本研究采用新"泡沫技术"制得的骨支架有均匀的通孔结构,孔径在100~500μm之间,并具有良好的生物性能.

Objective  To manufacture porous bone scaffolds to meet the demands of tissue engineering,and to study their biocompatibility.Methods  Porous scaffolds were made from hydroxyapatite powders prepared in laboratory by technique of polymer foam soakage,osteoblasts were cultured   in vitro   on the scaffolds to determine biocompatibility of samples.Result and Conclusion  The bone scaffolds obtained by this “foaming technique” were found to have uniform and interconnected porosity,with typical pore sizes ranging from 100 to 500 microns and ideal biologic characteristic.
