p73基因在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要:

目的:研究p73基因在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与结肠癌发生、发展的关系.方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应和催化信号放大法检测48例结肠癌及癌旁组织中p73基因和P73蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达与临床分期及病理分级的关系.结果:结肠癌组织中p73 mRNA的表达明显高于癌旁组织,免疫组织化学显示,48例结肠癌标本中21例呈阳性表达,癌旁组织无阳性表达.结肠癌不同临床分期之间以及不同分化程度之间P73阳性表达率有显著差异(分别为P<0.005和P<0.05).结论:结肠癌组织中p73基因过度表达,其蛋白表达水平与结肠癌临床分期、组织学分型有关.

Objective  To study the expression of p73 gene in colon carcinoma,and investigate the relationship between this gene and occurrence or development of colon carcinoma.Methods  The expression of p73 was investigated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and catalyzed signal amplification in 48 normal colon and 48 colon carcinoma.The expression level of P73 protein determined by CSA in colon carcinoma samples was analyzed as regards to the tumor stage and histopathological grading in order to investigate whether correlation exited.Results  p73 mRNA overexpressed in colon carcinoma compared with normal colon.Immunohisto chemistry showed the protein of P73 were positive in 21 of 48 colon and none of 48 normal colon.Conclusion  p73 gene overexpresses in colon carcinoma.And the overexpression of P73 protein is related to tumor stages and histopathological grading.
