鼻内窥镜下治疗眶爆裂骨折的临床初探

摘要：

目的:探讨眶爆裂骨折发生机制和鼻内窥镜技术对其治疗的优越性.方法:用鼻内窥镜经筛或经上颌窦治疗眶爆裂骨折.结果:11例患者随访半年～1年,10例治愈,1例好转.结论:用鼻内窥镜技术治疗眶爆裂骨折,具有损伤范围小、术后反应轻和无颜面切口等优越性.

Objective To study the impairing mechanism of orbit crack fracture and advantage of intranasal endoscopic surgery for treating this fracture.Method To rehabilitate orbit crack fracture by intranasal endoscopic technique passing through the approaches of nasal cavity or maxillary sinus.Result Following half or one year,10 patients cured,and 1 patient improved.Conclusion For treating orbit crack fracture,there are some advantages in the techniques of intranasal endoscopic surgery through the approach of nasal cavity or maxillary sinus,such as smaller impairing wound, lighter response, without incision of face.
