RP-HPLC法测定格替沙星片中格替沙星的含量

摘要:

目的:用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定格替沙星片中格替沙星的含量.方法:以Shimpack CLC-ODS C18 (5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm)为色谱柱,0.02 mol*L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-乙腈(85∶15)为流动相;紫外检测波长为293 nm,流速为1.0 ml*min-1.结果:格替沙星在4~32 mg*L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.8%,相对标准差为1.05%(n=5).结论:RP-HPLC法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于测定格替沙星片剂的含量.

Objective  To determine gatifloxacin in tablets with a rapid and sensitive reversed  phase high  performance liquid chromatographic method.Methods  The mixture of 0.02?mol·L    -1   monobasic potassium phosphate buffer  acetonitrile (85∶15) was used as a mobile phase,while a Shimpack CLC?ODS C    18   column (5?μm,150?mm×4.6?mm) was used a stationary phase,and gatifloxacin was detected at 293?nm with flowing rate 1.0?ml·min    -1  .Results  Gatifloxacin had a good linear relation in the range of 4~32?mg·L    -1  ,the mean recovery of was 99.8%,the RSD was   1.05  % (  n  =5).Conclusion  The results show that this method is reliable and accurate and it can be applied to the content determination of gatifloxacin tablets.
