基因芯片技术及其在肾脏病学研究中的应用

摘要:

基因芯片技术是生命科学和信息工程相结合的高科技结晶,是高效率的核酸杂交分析技术,以其连续化、微型化、自动化等优势在基因组结构和功能的研究上起着重要作用.目前该技术主要应用于基因组功能研究、临床诊断及预后判断、新药开发及药物筛选等方面,在肾脏病研究领域也作了初步探索,但在开发应用中还存在一些问题.

Microarray hybridization technology is the high  technologic crystallization of the conjunction of the life science and information engineering and is a highly efficient nucleic acid hybridization and analysis technology, playing an important role in the study of the genome profile and function.At present,it is mainly applied in the study of the genome function,clinical diagnosis and estimation of prognosis,exploitation of new drug and screening medication,and has begun to be explored in the study field of kidney diseases.At the same time,there exist some problems in the exploitation and application.
