CD44V6蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要：

目的:探讨胃癌中CD44V6蛋白的表达情况及其临床意义.方法:采用SP免疫组织化学法对40例胃癌标本进行检测.结果:40例胃癌标本中有17例标本的CD44V6蛋白阳性表达,其余23例均为阴性表达,并且CD44V6蛋白在伴淋巴结转移的患者中的阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01).结论:胃癌中CD44V6蛋白表达与癌组织淋巴结转移密切相关,该蛋白高度表达可能是患者预后不良的危险因素.

Objective To study the expression of CD44V6 protein and its clinical significance in gastric carcinomas.Method 40 cases of gastric carcinomas were examined with S?P immunohistochemistry.Result The expression of CD44V6 protein was found in 17 cases,and the others were not.CD44V6 protein was more frequently observed in those cases who had the metastasis of lymphonode.Conclusion The expression of CD44V6 protein is often associated with the metastasis of lymphonode in gastric carcinoma,and the high expression of CD44V6 may be a sign of a poor prognosis in gastric carcinomas
