哮喘病人外周血单个核细胞ICAM-1 mRNA表达测定

摘要:

目的:探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)在哮喘炎症反应中的作用,进一步了解哮喘发病机制.方法:采用免疫组织化学和RT-PCR方法检测10例支气管哮喘发作患者和10例正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)ICAM-1表达.结果:哮喘患者PBMCs ICAM-1 及ICAM-1 mRNA均较正常对照组增高(P<0.05),哮喘患者PBMCs ICAM-1与ICAM-1 mRNA表达成正相关.结论:ICAM-1参与哮喘炎症反应的发生.

Objective  To investigate the adhesive mechanism of airway inflammation in the pathogenesis of asthma.Methods  10 asthmatic subjects during an asthma attack and 10 health nonatopic control subjects were selected to study byimmunohistochemical staining and RT?PCR,respectively.Results  A significant increase was seen in the ICAM?1 mRNA and ICAM?1 expression on the PBMC of asthmatic subjects compared to the controls(  P  &lt;0.05).There was a linear relationship between the expression of ICAM?1 mRNA and ICAM?1 on the PBMC of asthmatic subjects(  r  =0.81,  P  &lt;0.01).Conclusion  ICAM?1 are involved in the inflammative adhesive mechanism of asthma.
