大鼠胰十二指肠移植动物模型的显微外科技术改进

摘要:

目的:改进大鼠胰十二指肠移植动物模型,控制失血性休克的发生,提高术后成功率.方法:供体门静脉同受体左肾静脉采用"卡夫"管相吻合,避免术中受体肝素化而导致血管吻合口渗血.给受体输注供体新鲜血2.5~3 ml.结果:药物诱导糖尿病大鼠行胰十二指肠移植65例中60例成活超过7 d,成功率92.3%;非禁食情况下,血糖浓度均正常.结论:该模型的技术改进减少了许多并发症,大大提高了手术成功率.

Objective  To refine the technique of Lee’s pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in the rat,to overcome hypovolemic shock,to enhance the success rate.Methods  The venous anastomosis was reconstructed by a "cuff" anastomosis between the donor portal vein and the recipient left renal vein.Meanwhile,the recipient was injected 2.5~3?ml fresh blood which was taken from the donor.Result  Of 65 transplanted rats that were induced diabetes,60 rats survived over 7 days,the success rate was 92.3%.All success rats were euglycemia.Conclusion  The refined techniques could eliminate most surgical complications,allowing the pancreaticoduodenal transplantations in the rat with a high degree of success.
