南京市鼓楼区2 539名学龄儿童感觉统合失调的调查研究

摘要:

目的:研究南京地区儿童感觉统合失调的发生率及其相关因素.方法:选择南京市鼓楼区6所具有代表性的小学,对1~4年级学生采用问卷调查的方式,由儿童的父母填写感觉统合评定量表、生长发育调查表,了解儿童出生时娩出方式、生长发育状况及父母文化程度、教养方式等,并由专人对评定量表进行统计学处理.结果:南京市鼓楼区2 539名被调查的儿童中感觉统合总失调率为33.67%,其中轻度失调率为23.73%,中度失调率为8.33%,重度失调率为1.61%.结论:男童感觉统合失调率明显高于女童(P<0.001),各年龄组之间感觉统合失调率无明显差异;感觉统合失调率与母亲的文化水平、家庭的和睦程度呈负相关;与父亲的吸烟、饮酒呈正相关;有良好家庭教育的儿童感觉统合失调率低.儿童生长发育过程中独立穿衣早者的感觉统合失调率低,同时,儿童的冲动、多动、注意力及行为问题与感觉统合失调的关系密切.

Objective  To study the incidence and relative factors of children sensory integration dysfunction in Nanjing.Methods  The study was done among 1~4 grade pupils in 6 elementary schools.The sensory integration assessment scales and developmental assessment scales were filled by their parents and the results evaluation,interpretation and analysis were done by specialists.Result  The incidence of sensory integration dysfunction among 2?539 children in Nanjing is 33.67% with the mild case 23.73%,moderate case 8.33% and serious case 1.01%.Conclusions  The incidence of sensory integration dysfunction were higher in boys than in girls(  P  &lt;0.001).There was no difference between the age groups.The incidence was negative related with the mother’s education levels and family rapport and positive related with the father’s smoking and drinking.The incidence was lower in the children with good family education styles and dress themselves independently earlier.There were close relationships between sensory integration dysfunction with impulsion,hyper  activity and behavior problems.
