茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠活性氧表达的影响

摘要:

目的:研究茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠血清活性氧及肾小球病变的影响.方法:复制大鼠糖尿病肾病模型,在整体水平上检测茶多酚治疗后血清活性氧水平,并观察其病理组织学与病理生理学改变.结果:茶多酚有效抑制了早期实验动物血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的下降,降低了脂质过氧化物(MDA)水平,延缓了肾脏损害的发生.结论:茶多酚通过改善活性氧紊乱情况从而有利于早期防治糖尿病肾病.

Objective  The experiment was designed to study the effect of tea polyphenols(TPs) on the expression of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and the renal glumerular in diabetic rats.Methods  The model of diabetic nephropathy in rats was established and then the serous ROS determined and glumerular pathological alterations studied in them after treatment with TPs(200?mg·kg    -1  ·d    -1  ).Result  TPs increased the serous SOD,decreased the serous MDA and retarded the injury of kidney.Conclusion  TPs benefit the prevention and treatment of the diabetic nephropathy in the early stage because they can remedy the disorder of ROS.
