射频消融术对室上性心动过速QT离散度的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨射频消融术(RFCA)对QT、JT离散度 (QTd、JTd)的影响.方法:测量248例室上性心动过速患者RFCA术前、术后的QTd和JTd.结果:几组室上性心动过速患者RFCA术前、术后QTd变化均正常;手术前后房室折返性心动过速、房室结折返性心动过速患者同组QTd、校正QTd、JTd和校正JTd差异无显著性(P>0.05). 结论:RFCA不影响QTd.

Objective To study the influence of radiofrequency catheter ablatio(RFCA) on the dispersion degree of QT and JT interval.Method QT and JT interval dispersion degree were measured in 248 patients with supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia(SVPT) before and after RFCA.Results The change of QT dispersion degree was normal and there was no significant difference among QTd,QTcd,JTd and JTcd before and after RFCA( P >0.05).Conclusion RFCA doesn’t affect the QT dispersion degree.
