目的:探索雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)对哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)白细胞介素 4(IL 4)mRNA表达的影响.方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应方法,测定TⅡ治疗前后哮喘患者PBMCs IL 4 mRNA的表达情况,并与激素治疗组对照.结果:T Ⅱ治疗后,哮喘患者PBMCs IL 4 mRNA表达低于治疗前水平(P<0.05),并与激素治疗组对照无显著性差异(P>0.10).结论:TⅡ在基因转录水平抑制哮喘患者IL 4的表达,具有抗炎作用.
Objective To explore the role of tripterygium polyglycoside(TⅡ) on the expression of interleukin?4(IL?4)mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)from patients with asthma.Methods To measure the changes of the expression of IL?4?mRNA in PBMCs of patients with asthma before and after being treated with TⅡ by using semi quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.The results were compared with those being treated with corticosteroids.Results The level of IL?4?mRNA in PBMCs of patients with asthma after being treated with TⅡ was reduced,compared with those before( P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between those treated with TⅡ and those with corticosteroids( P >0.10).Conclusion It’s shown that TⅡ inhibits the expression of IL?4?mRNA in PBMCs from patients with asthma at the transcriptional level and it’s indicated that TⅡ is of potential role in anti?inflammation for asthma.
