糖尿病患者非低血糖状态下饥饿感相关因素研究

摘要：

目的:研究非低血糖状态下糖尿病患者产生饥饿感的相关因素.方法:在非低血糖状态下测定糖尿病患者体重指数(BMI)、餐前后血糖和胰岛素水平,研究糖尿病患者产生饥饿感的相关因素.结果:在非低血糖状态下有饥饿感糖尿病患者的BMI、餐前后血糖变化水平显著高于无饥饿感的糖尿病患者;空腹胰岛素、血糖水平及餐前后胰岛素的变化情况与饥饿感无明显关系.结论:代谢率的增加可能是糖尿病患者产生饥饿感的主要原因.

Objective To study the related factors of hunger feeling in diabetics in non hypoglycemia condition.Methods In non hypoglycemia condition,the levels of body mass index(BMI),fasting and post prandial blood glucose and insulin concentration were determined in diabetics.Results In non hypoglycemia condition the levels of BMI and the change ranges of fasting and post prandial blood glucose in the hunger feeling group were significantly higher than that of non hunger feeling group.The levels of fasting blood glucose and insulin were not related with the hunger feeling in non hypoglycemia condition in diabetics.Conclusion Metabolic rate may be related with the hunger feeling in diabetics.
