目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)诊断问题.方法:回顾分析1例误诊为纯红再障的5qˉ综合征的原因,并复习国内外有关文献.结果:骨髓细胞形态学检查有无病态造血,不是诊断或排除MDS的唯一依据.结论:为了提高MDS诊断率,除骨髓细胞形态学检查外,尚需结合骨髓病理和骨髓细胞染色体分析的结果.
