去甲长春花碱为主联合化疗治疗晚期肿瘤40例

摘要：

目的:探讨去甲长春花碱为主联合化疗对晚期肿瘤的疗效.方法:对以去甲长春花碱为主联合方案治疗40例晚期肿瘤的效果进行分析总结.结果:以去甲长春花碱为主联合方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例,有效率为36.7%,治疗晚期乳腺癌10例,有效率为60%.结论:以去甲长春花碱为主联合方案治疗晚期肺癌、乳腺癌有较好的疗效.

Objective The curative effect of navelbine combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced carcinoma was studied.Method An analysis was done in 40 cases of advanced carcinoma treated with navelbine combined with chemotherapy.Result The effective rate for 30 cases of non small cell lung cancer and 10 cases of advanced breast cancer was found to be 36.7% and 60%,respectively.Conclusion Navelbine combined with chemotherapy has a good effect in treatment of advanced lung cancer and breast cancer.
