摘要：

目的与方法:通过对北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉科自1992年至1996年收治的119例喉癌前病变病例的分析,说明早期干预治疗的优越性,探讨其相关致病因素.结果:对107例患者2年以上的随访显示,该方法疗效显著,其中一次治愈97例,行2次或2次以上治疗的有10例,最终发生癌变的有4例.结论:对喉癌前病变行早期干预治疗可打断其发生癌变的病理学基础,使其向良性转归方向发展.

Objectives and method The purpose of the case review was to explain the adventage of early interventional treatment and explore the related pathogenic factors of larynx precancerous lesions by retrospective study of 119 patients treated in Beijing Tongren hospital from 1992 to 1996.Result 97 patients completly cured by a single operation,10 by two operations or more and laryngocarcinoma was found only in 4 patients.Conclusion Early interventional treatment can destroy the pathological basis for laryngeal cancer and turn the precancerous laryngeal lesion to a favorable outcome.
