雾化吸入肝素对致敏豚鼠血及肺组织组胺含量的影响

摘要:

目的:观察吸入肝素对致敏豚鼠血、肺组织组胺含量的影响.方法:以卵蛋白作为抗原,激发豚鼠形成哮喘豚鼠模型,随机分成致敏组(A组)、给药组(B组)和对照组(C组),在卵蛋白雾化吸入后30 min、17 h测定血、肺组织组胺浓度.结果:致敏豚鼠吸入肝素后,再次接触抗原可抑制血、肺组织组胺浓度升高.结论:肝素抑制过敏反应可能和抑制肥大细胞释放组胺有关.

Objective  The experiment was designed to research the effects of inhaled heparin on the the histamine concentration in lung tissue and blood of sensitized guinea pigs sensitized and challenged by ovalbumin.Method  Sixty guinea pig models of asthma induced by ovalbumin were randomly allocated into three groups:sensitized,treated and control groups.The histamine concentration in lung tissue and blood of the guinea pigs was detected at 30 min and 17 h after inhalation of heparin.Result  The histamine concentration in lung tissue and blood of the sensitized guinea pigs was decreased after inhaled heparin.Conclusion  Heparin may play an inhibitory role in the histamine release by mast cells.
