正常足月妊娠和妊高征胎盘内皮型一氧化氮合酶免疫荧光分析

摘要:

目的:探讨正常足月妊娠和妊高征胎盘内皮型一氧化氮合酶(NOS3)的分布及其对胎儿胎盘循环的影响.方法:收集正常足月妊娠胎盘10只,妊高征足月胎盘16只(轻度6只,中重度10只),采用间接免疫荧光组织化学法分析NOS3的分布及其含量.结果:正常足月妊娠和妊高征胎盘NOS3的分布范围无明显差异,但后者荧光强度减弱,轻度与中重度之间无差别.结论:足月妊娠胎盘NOS3的分布以滋养层和脐血管内皮为主,其含量的降低可能与参与妊高征的发病过程有关.

Objective  The purpose of the work was to study the distribution of NOS  3 in term placenta of normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) and its effect on the feto-placental circulation.Method  The NOS  3 distribution and levels were detected by indirect immunofluorescent method in 26 term placentas including 10 normal term placentas and 16 PIH term placentas.Results  A significant difference in distribution of NOS  3 was found neither between normal pregnancy and PIH,nor between mild and severe PIH.A weakened fluorescent light was found in PIH group.Conclusions  For term placenta,NOS  3 locates in endothelium of umbilical vessels and syncytiotrophoblast.The decreased concentration of NOS  3 in placenta maybe plays an important role in etiology of PIH.
