肝硬化大鼠肝切除术后肝重量与功能恢复的研究

摘要：

目的:研究肝硬化大鼠肝部分切除术后肝重量恢复与肝功能恢复的关系.方法:以CCl4制备肝硬化大鼠动物模型,并行70%肝切除术,以胃泌素、香菇多糖及生理盐水治疗1周,观察大鼠肝脏重量的恢复情况及肝功能改善情况.2周后再次观察各指标.结果:3组大鼠肝脏重量均有不同程度恢复,以胃泌素组为显著,且明显高于对照组(P<0.05),3组大鼠肝功能各组间无显著差异,且与治疗前比较无明显改善.结论:肝硬化大鼠肝脏可以再生,但肝功能短期内不能恢复.

Objective The experiment was designed to investigate the restoration of liver weight and function in cirrhotic rats after partial hapatectomy.Methods Liver cirrhotic model was established by injection of CCl 4 in 42 rats,and all the rats underwent 70% hepatectomy.They were randomly divided into three groups treated with pentagastrin,lentinan and 0.9%NS for one week respectively.The restoration of liver weight and function was studied in every group.Results The weight restoration was proved in different degreee in every group,with a significance in pentagastrin group, but no difference was found in liver function in the three groups,The liver function didn’t improve after treatment.Conclution The cirrhotic liver has a capability of regeneration, but the liver function cann’t be restored in short period.
