食物中补充L-精氨酸对高胆固醇血症兔血管反应性和血小板功能的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨L-精氨酸(L-arg)在体内的抗动脉粥样硬化作用.方法:分别用普通饲料、高胆固醇饲料、高胆固醇与L-arg混合饲料饲养成年雄性新西兰兔10周,检测其血浆中环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)及血栓素B2(TXB2)的含量变化,并测试胸主动脉环对缩血管物质去甲肾上腺素(NE)的反应性.结果:L-arg可明显增高cGMP(P<0.01),降低血浆TXB2含量(P<0.05),改善胸主动脉环对NE的反应性.结论:补充L-arg,使机体通过增高NO含量、扩张血管、抑制血小板聚集而具一定的抗动脉粥样硬化作用.
