一氧化氮与2型糖尿病关系的初步研究

摘要:

目的:观察2型糖尿病患者体内一氧化氮(NO)的改变,为从信号传导角度解释2型糖尿病的发病机制提供新的思路.方法:以硝酸还原酶法测定2型糖尿病患者及正常人淋巴细胞内NO水平.结果:2型糖尿病患者淋巴细胞内NO水平显著下降.结论:2型糖尿病的发病机制在NO的作用方面与1型糖尿病比可能有较大差别.

Objective  The purpose of the study was to explain the mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus in respect of signal transduction,through observing the changes in level of nitric oxides.Methods  Determining the level of NO in lymphocyte of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and healthy people with the method of nitrate reductase.Result  The concentration of NO was greatly descended compared with that of healthy people.Conclusion  The effect of NO on the mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus was considerabley different from that on the mechanism of type 1 diabetes mellitus.
