应激、性激素的变化与胰岛素抵抗

摘要:

许多循证医学与基础研究证明性激素和胰岛素在组织的作用相互影响.性激素对胰岛素敏感性的影响与其循环浓度有关.应激可引起性激素水平的紊乱,而雌激素和雄激素水平的紊乱导致胰岛素抵抗的机制并不相同,纠正性激素水平的紊乱可改善胰岛素抵抗.

There is a variety of evidence-based medical and basic research data  de monstrating that sex steroid levels and insulin interact in their actions on tis sues,  while it is clear that the serum levels of sex steroid are closely linked to in sulin sensitivity. The stress can cause the disorder of the sex steroid levels.  And the mechanism that leads to the insulin resistance is different between the  disorder of estrogen and that of androgen. Correcting the disorder of the sex st eroid levels is able to improve the insulin resistance.
