肝脏肿瘤介入物理消融治疗

摘要:

手术切除是肝脏原发肿瘤的首选治疗方法,但手术切除率低、术后并发症多,受到很大限制.肝脏肿瘤介入物理消融治疗主要包括经皮微波凝固治疗、经皮射频电凝治疗、激光凝固治疗和冷冻治疗.物理消融技术具有操作简单、安全、易于重复、疗效确切、术后并发症少和治疗费用低等优点,成为肝癌治疗的重要组成部分.作者复习了近年来的相关文献,就肝脏肿瘤物理消融的原理、临床应用及进展作一综述.

Surgical resection is the optimal treatment for HCC. However,it is limited in its clinical application due to its low rate of complete resection and high rate of complication. Percutaneous physical ablation modalities include radiofrequency ablation (RFA), microwave coagulation therapy (MCT),laser and cryotherapy(CT). Percutaneous physical ablation,safe,repeatable and easy to perform, is playing an increasingly important role in the treatment of liver tumors. Recent literature was reviewed, focusing on the mechanisms, clinical application and progress in percutaneous physical ablation for the treatment of liver tumors.
