MRI同层动态增强对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值

摘要:

目的:分析垂体微腺瘤的MRI同层动态增强特征.方法:对40例临床怀疑为垂体微腺瘤的病人行同层动态增强MRI扫描,并绘出时间-信号强度曲线图.结果:40例病人中共检出垂体微腺瘤26例.同层动态增强后垂体微腺瘤的MRI表现为圆或椭圆形的低或稍低信号,似"充盈缺损";垂体微腺瘤的最大信号强度多出现在注入造影剂后32~96 s,以64 s最明显.结论:同层MRI动态增强对垂体微腺瘤的诊断有较高价值.

Objective  To analysis the characteristics of pituitary microadenomas with iso-layer dynamic gadolinium-enhanced MR imaging. Methods  Iso-layer dynamic gadolinium-enhanced MR imaging was applied to 40 patients with doubtful pituitary microadenomas in clinic and the diagram of curves of time-signal intensity was drawn. Results  26 patients were testified to have pituitary microadenomas out of all 40 cases; Whose iso-layer dynamic gadolinium-enhanced MR imaging showed round or elliptic low or slightly low signal, which was liked "filling defect"; The maximum signal intensity of pituitary microadenomas appeared after 32、96 seconds that contrast medium had been injected and the manifestation was the most obvious in the 64th second. Conclusion  Iso-layer dynamic gadolinium-enhanced MR imaging is high valuable on the diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas.
