自体表皮移植术与自血疗法治疗白癜风的疗效比较和电镜观察

摘要：

目的:比较自体表皮移植术和自血疗法治疗白癜风的疗效.方法:对200例稳定期局限型白癜风患者采用负压发疱后自体表皮移植治疗50例,其中对5例白斑处分离的表皮和移植后表皮做电镜检查;余150例行自血白斑处皮内注射治疗.结果:自体表皮移植组痊愈率(70%)明显高于自血疗法组(10%);白斑表皮移植前无黑素小体,移植有效后于表皮可见黑素颗粒.结论:自体表皮移植术是目前局限性白癜风一种疗效较高的方法.

Objective  To compare the efficacy of epidermal autografts and topical own-blood injection on patients with vitiligo. Methods  200 cases with stable localized vitiligo were divided into two groups: 50 patients were treated with suction blister epidermal grafting, of 5 patients whose epidermal samples before and after treatment were studied by electron microscope;the other 150 patients were treated with topical own-blood injection. Results  The cure rate in epidermal autografts group was 70% which showed a significant difference compared with the other group (10%). There have been seen melanin particles in epidermis after autografts by electronic microscope. Conclusion  epidermal autografts is now a highly efficient therapy for stable vitiligo.
