端粒酶活性检测联合血清CA125检测在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的临床意义

摘要：

目的:探讨端粒酶活性与卵巢肿瘤特异性血清标记物CA125联合检测的临床意义.方法:以42例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,行TRAP-ELISA方法检测肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性,同时以放射免疫法检测其血清CA125值.结果:端粒酶活性检测联合血清CA125检测可使卵巢肿瘤的检测敏感性从94.7%提高至100%.结论:端粒酶活性检测联合血清CA125检测有助于卵巢肿瘤的早期诊断及病情监测.

Objective To evaluate the clinic signicicance of the combined examination of telomerase activity expression and specific serum marker of ovarian cancer CA 125. Methods Telomerase activity express and serum CA 125 level of 42 cases of ovarian tumor were detected by TRAP-ELISA and radioimmunoassay. Results Combined examination of telomerase activity and serum CA 125 improved the sensitivity from 94.7% to 100%. Conclusions Combined examination of telomerase activity and serum CA 125 is helpful for early diagnosis,serving as a disease monitor of ovarian cancer.
