超声辐射微泡剂致肿瘤血管栓塞的实验研究

摘要:

目的:探讨超声辐射微泡剂致肿瘤血管栓塞治疗实验性肿瘤的效应.方法:615小鼠皮下种植H22肝癌腹水瘤细胞悬液制成肿瘤模型,并随机分为对照组(A组)、单纯超声组(B组)、超声加微泡剂组(C组)及超声加微泡剂组重复组(D组)4组,观察肿瘤生长率及病理变化.结果:C、D组肿瘤生长率分别为(19.5±14)%和(15.6±11)%,明显低于A、B组的(95.4±32)%和(75.6±29)%,P<0.05.组织学检查可见C、D组有肿瘤血管栓塞和明显的肿瘤坏死,而A、B组无类似表现.结论:超声辐射微泡剂可诱导模型小鼠肿瘤血管栓塞,延缓其肿瘤生长.

Objective  To explore the efficacy of therapy on tumors in mice of the formation of oncology-vessel thromembolia induced by ultrasound irradiating microbubble agent.Methods  The mouse hepatomic H    22 cell suspension were hypodermically inoculated into 615 mice to establish the tumor model.The mice were divided into four groups randomly:control group(group A),pure ultrasound group(group B),ultrasound and microbubble treating group(group C),ultrasound and microbubble repeatly treating group(group D).Tumor growth rates and pathological changes were observed.Results  The tumor growth rates in C group (19.5%±14.0%) and D group (15.6%±11.0%) were much lower than those of group A (95.4%±32.0%) and group B (75.6%±29.0%) (P&lt;  0.05),The histologic results showed that phenomenal neocrosis and vessel thromembolia were observed in C and D groups,while the changes were not found in groups A and B.Conclusion  Ultrasound irradiating microbubble induces thromembolia of oncology-vessel and delays the progress of tumor growth.
