Objective To establish a new method determining catecholamines in urine. Methods Conditions of determining norepinephrine (NE),epinephrine(E) and dopamine(DA) in 24-h urine were compared by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection,and the lowest detectable limit,the precision,the rate recovery were detected. Results The best result was obtained when fluid phase was methanol0.02-mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4=298 and pH=3.0.The recovery rates of NE-E-DA were 69%-78%-63%-73%-60%-71%,the lowest detectable limit were 0.015,0.008,0.003-μmol·L -1.RSD is 4.9%-10.6%.Conclusion The simple and highly sensitive method may be repeated in the clinical detection of CA levels. |
