摘要:

DNA甲基化是一种重要的基因调控方式,DNA甲基化水平的改变在肿瘤的发生、发展中有重要的作用,DNA甲基化改变引起细胞中C→T突变、癌基因的低甲基化、抑癌基因的高甲基化、错配修复基因异常以及诱导染色体不稳定从而导致肿瘤的发生,利用肿瘤发生中DNA甲基化特征可对其进行有效的治疗.

DNA methylation is an important way of regulation of gene expression.Alteration of DNA methylation may play an important role in human tumor’s occurrence and development.The change of DNA methylation offen induce change of the Cytosine to Thymine,hypomethylation of oncogene,hypermethylation of tumor suppression gene,abnormality of mismatch repair gene and disstablity of chromosome which may promote different organism to come into malignant tumors.Studies of DNA methylation characteristics will be useful in tumors therapy.
