慢性肝病和原发性肝癌患者血清表皮生长因子测定及其临床意义

摘要：

目的:探讨和验证表皮生长因子(EGF)在各慢性肝病和原发性肝癌患者血清中的含量变化规律,以研究它在肝病发展、形成过程中的作用和意义.方法:采用放射免疫方法测定50例慢性肝病患者、22例原发性肝癌患者和48例健康体检人群的血清EGF.结果:各肝病组患者血清EGF水平均较健康对照组明显降低且有极显著意义(P＜0.01),而且随着肝病严重程度增加而降低,肝癌组患者血清EGF含量最低,与各肝病组比较有显著性差异.结论:血清中EGF含量变化对衡量肝病严重程度及对预后的判断有一定的临床意义,在肝癌早期诊断方面有一定的临床价值.

Objective To test the levels of serum EGF in chronic liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma to investigate their roles in the genesis and development of liver diseases.Methods The levels of serum EGF were tested with RIA in 50 patients with various types of liver disease and 22 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 48 healthy people.Results It showed that EGF contents in patients with liver disease decreased significantly as compared with normal subjects( P <0.01),and it decreased gradually with the degree of liver severity.Moreover,the levels in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients was the highest as compared with other liver disease groups.Conclusion It is suggested that the variations of serum EGF bear some clinical significance in evaluating the severity of liver damage and the prognosis of liver disease and in diagnosing early primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
