摘要：

目的:研究乳腺、胃和大肠黏液性腺癌中Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的表达情况.方法:采用SP免疫组织化学法对120例石蜡标本进行检测.结果:Ⅳ型胶原蛋白在3种肿瘤的非黏液性腺癌(NMC)和黏液性腺癌(MC)中的表达均有显著性差异;Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的表达情况与MC的转移相关;与胃和大肠MC相比,乳腺MC中Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的阳性率较高(70%),而乳腺MC的转移率较低(28.5%),有显著性差异.结论:乳腺MC较少发生转移可能与其表达较高水平的Ⅳ型胶原蛋白有关.

Objective To study the expression of collagen Ⅳ protein and the clinical significance in mucinous carcinomas(MC) of breast, stomach and large intestine. Methods 120 cases of carcinomas were examined with S?P immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of collagen Ⅳ had significantly differences in non?mucinous and mucinous carcinomas of breast, stomach and large intestine. Compared with the stomach and large intestine, mucinous carcinoma of the breast showed a high expression of Ⅳ(70%). In addition, there was a significant difference in the expression of collagen Ⅳ between metastatic MC and non?metastatic MC.Conclusion The higher expression of collagen Ⅳ in mucinous carcinomas of breast is related to its poorly metastatic activity.
