Objective   To explore the epidemiologic pattern,clinical feature and therapeutic methods of AIDS.Methods  23 patients with HIV/AIDS(7 HIV,16 AIDS)were epidemically investigated and clinically observed.All the patients with AIDS were treated against opportunity infection,9 patients were treated with high active anti  retroviral therapy (HAART).Result  8 patients with PCP relieved their symptom in 7  10 days after treatment.9 patients treated with HAART achieved obvious efficacy.Conclusions  The disease of AIDS has spread to common crowd from people of high likelihood.It should be noticed that women infected with HIV/AIDS are increasing.The persons who come from the region with high HIV incidence and the likelihood should be examined of HIV before marriage,which would be beneficial to reduce the level of HIV infection and perpendicular spread.Attentions should be paid to the diagnosis and on  time treatment of AIDS and its complications.
