糖皮质激素治疗对SARS患者胸部X线片变化影响的临床研究

摘要：

目的:探讨严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)患者胸部X线片(胸片)动态变化与糖皮质激素治疗的关系.方法:对4例SARS和疑似SARS患者在其他治疗方案相同的情况下应用糖皮质激素治疗,动态观察胸片变化情况.结果:胸片病灶呈进行性发展,高峰在发病第8～12天,应用糖皮质激素治疗后病灶无吸收.结论:胸片改变可能不是应用糖皮质激素的指征,也不能作为应用剂量和疗程的指导指标.

Objective To investigate the relationship between kinetic changes in chest X-ray and corticosteroid theraty with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Methods With the identical underling therapy,corticosteroid was given in four patients,its effect on the development of chest radiogram was observed.Results Chest X-ray radiogram showed significant changes,and the peak stage in 8～10th days after onset of illness.It couldn’t decrease pulmonary edema with corticosteroid treatment,but even increase.Conclusion The change of chest X-ray might not be the result of corticosteroid and the treatmeat with corticosteroid has no marked effect on patients with SARS.
