雄性大鼠肺组织中雌激素受体的研究

摘要:

目的:研究雌激素受体(ER)在雄性大鼠肺组织的表达和定位.方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测大鼠肺组织ER-α、ER-βmRNA的表达,用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠肺中ER-β蛋白表达定位.结果:RT-PCR结果显示,在大鼠肺组织中ER以ER-βmRNA的表达为主,ER-α mRNA几乎不表达.免疫组织化学检测结果显示ER-β存在于柱状上皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和间质细胞上,血管壁上内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中也有表达.结论:ER-β在大鼠肺组织中有广泛的分布.

Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of the estrogen receptors(ER) in the lung of male rats.Methods The expressions of ER?α mRNA and ER?β mRNA in lung tissues was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and ER?β protein in lung was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Aside from weak expression of ER?α mRNA,lung tissue showed moderate expression of ER?β mRNA.The positive ER?β immunoreactivity was presented in columnar epithelium,intermediate cells,basal cells,smooth muscle cells of lung tissue and in pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells,endothelial cells.Conclusion ER?β is distributed in lung tissue of male rats.
