锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折43例

摘要：

目的:探讨治疗PostⅢ级肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的新方法.方法:采用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位42例、锁骨远端骨折7例.对所有患者进行随访,按Karlsson标准判断疗效.结果:43例获得随访,随访时间3～40个月,平均18.2个月.43例中疗效优良37例,满意6例.除1例发生迟发性感染外无其他并发症发生,骨折全部愈合,肩锁关节无再脱位.结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨骨折具有操作简便、固定确切、疗效好、并发症少等优点,值得推广使用.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicular fracture with hook plate. Method Forty-two cases of acromioclavicular dislocation and 7 distal clavicular fractures were treated with hook plates during the past 4 years. Results Forty-three cases were followed up from 3 to 40 months with an average of 18.2 months. Of the 43 cases followed up, 37 were excellent and 6 satisfactory according to the Karlsson standard .There were no other complications except 1 case of delayed infection. All fractures were healed and no redislocation was observed. Conclusion Hook plates offer the advantages of a rigid fixation, easy operative procedures, satisfactory results and fewer complications.
