肿瘤基因治疗的靶向性研究进展

摘要:

近年来, 肿瘤基因治疗技术迅速发展.其中基因治疗的靶向性是值得密切关注的问题之一.作者就基因治疗靶向性的主要策略如目的基因转移的靶向性和目的基因表达的靶向性两方面作一综述.

In recent years the research on tumor gene therapy has made so  much exciting   progress. The targeting of gene therapy has been paid close attention. The article  summarizes some strategy about the targeting of gene therapy such as therapeutic gene transfer and  tumor-specific gene expression.
