弥漫性板层角膜炎(diffuse lamellar keratitis,DLK)是准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)后并发的一种非感染性炎症,病因未明.其发病率不高,但是处理不当,将会对手术病人的视觉质量产生影响.本文从DLK的临床表现分期、诊断和治疗等方面进行综述.
