HIV/AIDS合并丙型肝炎的临床与治疗

摘要：

目的:探讨艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)合并丙型肝炎的临床表现和治疗方法.方法:18例HIV/AIDS合并丙型肝炎患者(16例AIDS、2例HIV感染者)中15例肝功能异常,在对HIV/AIDS治疗的同时对其中8例予复方甘草酸苷治疗.结果:16例AIDS患者中7例死亡.8例复方甘草酸苷治疗者中7例ALT、胆红素降至正常.结论:HIV/AIDS合并丙型肝炎可能加速HIV感染的病程进展,预后较差,在抗病毒治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷对肝功能恢复有益.

Objective To investigate the clinical and therapeutic method of HIV/AIDS complicated with hepatitis C.Methods 18 patients with both HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C were studied,including 16 AIDS and 2 HIV.Of these patients,15 cases had normal liver function.When HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C were treated,Compound Glycyrrhizin was used simultaneously.Result Of 16 AIDS patients,7 cases were dead,while in the control group,3 cases were dead among those without hepatitis C.ALT and bilirubin became normal in 7 cases out of 8 who were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin.Conclusion HIV/AIDS patients with hepatitis C may accelerate the development of HIV and worsen the condition.HIV with HARRT regimen and Compound Glycyrrhizin at the same time may improve their liver function.
