肝门部神经鞘瘤一例报道及文献复习

摘要：

原发于周围神经的神经鞘瘤少见,常见于头颈部和四肢的屈肌表面,位于肝门部者罕见,术前诊断困难.作者通过对1例资料完整病例的分析及相关文献复习,以期提高对神经鞘瘤的认识及诊断水平.

Peripheral nervesheath tumors(PNST),is mostly found in head and cervx,as well as surface of flexor of extremities.Hepatic PNST is an unusual benign tumor with heterogeneous components which is difficult to diagnose accurately pre-operatively.A typical case of PNST located in liver with overall clinic information was analysed and relative references were reviewed in this article.
