网织红细胞测定在造血干细胞移植中的应用

摘要：

目的:探讨网织红细胞测定在造血干细胞移植疗效观察中的应用.方法:在干细胞移植后,每天作血常规和网织红细胞参数测定,比较白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)及网织红细胞百分比(RET%)、未成熟网织红细胞百分比(IRF%)在移植后的变化.结果:按照移植后造血重建指标,本组移植后WBC＞2.0×109L-1、PLT＞20×109L-1、ANC＞0.5×109L-1、RET%＞0.5%及IRF%开始增高的时间分别为+14、+15、+13、+13和+12 d.结论:IRF%指标能更早地估计骨髓移植的成功情况.

Objective To evaluate the application value of reticulocyte parameter in the stem cell transplantation.Methods After stem cell transplantation,blood routine and reticulocyte parameter were assayed daily to compare the changes of WBC、PLT and reticulocyte parameters(RET%、IRF%) during the stem cell transplantation.Results A total of 2.0×10^9L^{-1} of WBCs was achieved after a median of 14 days(11-18).The PLT count reached 20×10^9L^{-1} on day 15(11-30).The ANC count reached 0.5×10^9L^{-1} on day 13(10-16).The reticulocyte count rose above(0.5%) on day 13(6-17).The time for the immature reticulocyte fraction to rise(IRF) was significantly shorter,with a median of 12 days(6-15).Conclusion These findings suggest that the immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF) be the most useful factors to promptly predict the success of the stem cell transplantation.
