Objective To develop a new method of TORCH protein microarray for detecting TORCH infections. Methods The antigen were printed on glass slide modified with the agarose films. The serum antibodies against the TORCH antigen were detected by using fluorescence labeled secondary antibodies. Results TORCH protein microarray could detect minimum antibodies against the TORCH antigen. The cross-reactivities of the anti-IgM goat were negligible.100% concordance were observed between microarray and ELISAs.Conclusion The TORCH protein microarray, having the advantages of high throughput, convenience, micromation, will be used in clinic in the future.
