64层CT体部肿瘤灌注成像的初步临床应用

摘要:

目的:探讨64层CT体部肿瘤灌注的成像方法及临床价值.方法:12例肿瘤患者行64层CT灌注成像,先常规平扫确定肿瘤中心部位,然后进行体部灌注扫描,层厚28.8 mm·(4 i)-1,注药速度6 ml·s-1,总量40~50 ml,延迟8~10 s扫描,屏气扫描35~40 s.扫描图像经Simens工作站用Syngo体部肿瘤灌注软件处理,得到彩色灌注编码图,包括血流量(BF)、血容积(BV)、通透性(PS),通过肿瘤不同部位取兴趣区(ROI)以获得肿瘤灌注参数.结果:所有肿瘤均获得良好的彩色灌注编码图,除胰腺癌以外,其他肿瘤BF、BV及PS均增高.结论:64层CT灌注成像为体部肿瘤提供了一种无创、可重复的定量评估肿瘤血流灌注状态的方法,是一种全新的评价方式.

Objective To implore methods of perfusion imaging in body tumor with 64-slice CT and its clinical application value Methods 12 patients with body tumor underwent perfusion imaging with 64-slice CT.At first,plain CT scan was performed to localize central slice of tumor,then perfusion imaging of body tumor was done using slice thick 28.8 mm·(4 i)-1,injecting dosage 40-50 ml,injecting rate 6 ml·s-1,scaning delay time 8-10 s,scaning total time 35-40 s.All scaning images was transferred into Simens workstation to be processed by Syngo soft,to get color-coded map,including blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV) and permeability surface(PS).Result Perfusion images of all body tumor can get a wonderful color-coded map,the pattern of tumor in blood flow and blood volume and permeability showed remarkeable increase except for pancreatic tumor.Conclusion 64-slice CT perfusion imaging,a novel modality,provides a valid and repeated way to quantitatively estimate blood perfusion status in body tumor.
